Veterans

Thank you for your SERVICE!

As a Disabled, Air Force Veteran, veterans are near and dear to my heart, so I personally give 20% of my sales commission back to Veterans who purchase their home with me.

YES, you heard me correctly, 20% of my sales commission goes back to YOU as the Veteran.

Relocating or PCSing every 2-3 years can be hard, especially when you have a family! When it’s time to settle down or to remain at one duty station for longer than 2 years, you want to work with a professional who speaks the same language and understands the challenges that you and your family face with the decision to rent, purchase or sell a property.

Your length of service or service commitment, duty status and character of service determine your eligibility for specific home loan benefits.

Who is eligible?  VA-guaranteed loans are available for homes for your occupancy or a spouse and/or dependent (for active duty service members).

What’s required?  To be eligible, you must have satisfactory credit, sufficient income to meet the expected monthly obligations, and a valid Certificate of Eligibility (COE).

How do you get started?

  • Find a Realtor
  • Obtain your DD Form 214 (Veteran, Former National Guard or Reserve)
  • A current statement of service (Active duty currently serving)
  • Apply for your COE
  • Find a Lender and get pre-approved
  • Go house hunting
  • Submit an offer
  • Home Inspection
  • Close on your home

As a Veteran, I’ve partnered with Lenders, Home Inspectors and Title Company’s who offer veterans and active duty service members discounts and reduced fees when purchasing or selling their properties.
